    <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently got paramount plus (basic) via sky on our sky glass, and successfully registered my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when we try to watch something on Paramount, after we watching all the adverts and it switches to the selected program we get error 3005.&amp;nbsp; If we reboot the screen it does work for a short period, but then stops mid stream with the same 3005 error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reviewing my account it does say I have a valid account successfully .&amp;nbsp; We have tried the system update and reset of apps, this worked again for a few minutes that the error returns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The 3005 error and related ad stop error was fixed a few months or so back by Sky/Paramount and was reported by a number of customers on here including Myself.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do though see some customers on here have occasional occurances of it still happening on Sky Stream and Sky Glass.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can you try a restart of your broadband router and a restart of your Sky Glass TV after the broadband router is back up.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Would also suggest doing an app refresh;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Home&lt;/STRONG&gt; on your Sky remote, then select &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;System management&lt;/STRONG&gt; then &lt;STRONG&gt;Resets and updates&lt;/STRONG&gt; and finally &lt;STRONG&gt;Refresh apps.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press &lt;STRONG&gt;Dismiss&lt;/STRONG&gt; to return to normal viewing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
