    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to refresh a few times but there only seemed to be a general refresh button for all apps , you couldn't select which app, did it a few times but didn't seem to do anything&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The rte player app is showing a screen error as below on the app on Sky glass. We have never had any issues and it just stopped working one day.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generic Error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Runtime error: Local storage. Quota exceeded error: the quota has been exceeded., please restart App&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have tried restarting tv, plugging out, googling resetting options some of which arnt on the tv and can't find anywhere to restart the app.&amp;nbsp; Rte help centre advised to restart sky tv, so going around in circles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone seen this error before or how to resolve and find a way to restart or reset a specific app on sky glass&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
