      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting this error every single day now, i have to reset the TV at least 3-4 times a day.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;It works fine, then when i go to change to another channel it comes up with&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Discussion topic:""&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;There is a technical fault. Please try again later"&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;So unplug and restart then - repeat the above, this has been ongoing for the last week, and is becoming very boring.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Last night watching the golf from the start, and again this morning watching from playlist, I tried to fast forward. First it says 'fast forward is not available in this programme', then this 'technical fault' banner appeared across the screen that cannot be removed!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After about five minutes watching with the banner in place it then crashes completely and cannot be fixed without a complete reboot.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've complained to viewer relations, but I'm sure it didn't do this when it launched...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="1000040152.jpg" style="width: 4000px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/112312iA452DB9ED9CB1A68/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="1000040152.jpg" alt="1000040152.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You're lucky it was even in the playlist to begin with. There's always random sports matches or episodes missing in the series link playlists.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So it could be worse. There's no full length replays on Sky, like there is on Discovery+&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/247436"&gt;@Ed.B.&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; This really annoying error has been happening for a while now. &amp;nbsp;I have learnt that the only thing that fixes it is a reboot so as soon as I see the Waiting to load/technical problem message I immediately&amp;nbsp;reboot and don't waste my time trying other things.&amp;nbsp;TBH I have not noticed the error message so much lately but I'm sure others will have a different experience.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The FF not available message amuses me as it normally appears whilst happily and trouble free FF of the&amp;nbsp;programme.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky are certainly aware and are trying to find a solution.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;exact same problem, had this off and on for about a week, but in general the Sky stream service has been poor, lip synce issues have never been resolved. Though picture quality is veru good the majority of the time the whole service is just not reliable for me to continue using it. I have just over 3 months of my contract left and will not be renewing&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;don't remember seeing any updates recently but as i have said&amp;nbsp; a&amp;nbsp; few months and my contract is up. I changed my broadband away from Sky to Virgin, 3x the speed and almost half the cost, they are offering a good deal on a TV/braodband package for when my contract ends , much better and much cheaper than Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure if this is a mirror of my puck error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I go to change channels, nothing happens, then I get the technical error message, reboot from the remote so far works but does leave the sound playing with a blank screen for around 30 seconds before starting reboot process,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3 times this happened yesterday, twice today ( so far) no problems before yesterday,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm now having to plan a channel change in case it needs a reboot and I miss the start of something&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Then it said 'sorry there's a technical error' and the only way to fix it was to stop the car, get out, then wait 2 minutes while it restarted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That car manufacturer should be a laughing stock.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think it is a problem with the streaming system that goes both to Sky Glass and the Sky Stream puck. I am definately kicking them into,touch, not just the problems with the streaming service, but their prices and inability to contact folk, the website help center sends you round in circles and if you do call them you get asked to do all the stuff you have done before , ie switch on / switch off , reset the puck , &amp;nbsp;pray to the gods of the internet then they send you out a new puck and the saga starts again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
