    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;I've been a Sky customer for over 13 years &amp;amp; upgraded from Sky Q to Sky Glass in May. Everything works fine except for Discovery Plus. I haven't been able to watch a single show since I setup months ago. .&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I linked my subscription in Sky marketplace once I had Glass up and running. To date, each time I go to Sky marketplace I see the following message:&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"You've already linked your Sky and Discovery+ accounts&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;To start watching, open the&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Discovery+ app on your TV and select sign in"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Now, when I try to sign into Discovery plus, I will usually use my phone to pick up the QR code, sign in &amp;amp; link my tv with the code provided.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I then see the following message on my phone; &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;“You're all set!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;You're all set, please return to your device to have unlimited access to the best of discovery+”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;It all looks so promising until I try to select a show to watch. I then see this message of doom;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Upgrade to Watch&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Upgrade your pass using your mobile phone or desktop browser, then select 'Retry' to start watching"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If &amp;nbsp;go to the account section on the TV app, the subscription page says I have no current subscriptions. On my phone, I'm presented with a list of paid for options.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I spoke to Sky a few days after the May setup, who essentially said it should kick in once Discovery plus catches up with my SkyQ account closing &amp;amp; the Sky Glass account opening. However, months later I'm still in the same position!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I spent weeks emailing back &amp;amp; forth with Discovery + support, where I kept going round in circles. I sent over screenshots of the above messages, My Sky account number &amp;amp; the associated email. I also sent my Sky package details to assist.,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;They just kept asking me the same questions over and over again but offered no solutions or insight of what the issue may be.&amp;nbsp;The game of slopey shoulders from both parties is tiresome!&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;I've made no changes to my account or contact details and I don't know what more I can do to get this working&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Has anyone encountered this issue before?       <description>&lt;P&gt;On the sky glass home page&amp;nbsp; scroll down&amp;nbsp; to settings, go to the my sky section open&amp;nbsp; it then go to your&amp;nbsp; products open it go to app subscriptions and check it is activated&amp;nbsp; on there is had a similar&amp;nbsp; issue&amp;nbsp; after&amp;nbsp; cancelling&amp;nbsp; my&amp;nbsp; tnt sports&amp;nbsp; subscription and had to activate it on this part of the app&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have been unable to watch discovery for almost 2 years now with a similar issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sky don't really care and just pretend to look into it and don't communicate.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried everything with both sky and discovery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the solution lies with sky but they, a massive software company can't seam to find a fix.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;they need an option to reset the purchase price n marketplaces but they can't do that!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;trust me, sky will be no help in solving this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have exactly the same problem. It's astonishing that Sky allows these issues to go on for so long. &amp;nbsp;I will try phoning Sky tomorrow but I don't hold out a lot of hope. I have been a Sky customer for 25+ years and generally been satisfied but since getting Sky Glass Air 4 months ago, (when it works it is absolutely fantastic...) I am sure I have already spent at least 24 hours of my life which I will never get back on the phone to Sky for one reason or another!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just a quick update...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm able to watch Discovery + now BUT only via a 6 month free pass they added to my account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They were unable to reassure me that the issue would be resolved at all. They just advised to contact them when the pass runs out for a new one!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky were of no help in the slightest!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
