Remote not working

Our sky remote turns on the T.V but not the sky box. All cables are plugged in. I have inspected the remote and it looks like it may have been melted. The remote is often left of the window ledge when not being used. (Wouldn't expect the sun to be that strong) How do I order a new remote? Thanks in advance

You mention a Sky box.

You have posted in the Sky Glass TV section, so assume you do not have a Sky Glass TV?

Expect you have a Sky Stream puck or a Sky Q box.

Which one do you have?
