    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1895983"&gt;@maryamy&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;and welcome to the forum. &amp;nbsp;Initially I just unplug your Glass TV and leave it like that for a few hours (I did mine overnight when I had a similar problem). &amp;nbsp;See if that resolves&amp;nbsp;the loud noise which if it is the same as I had sounded a bit like a machine gun sound.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the sound persists I would call Sky for some troubleshooting (and you can send them your video if necessary) but in my case leaving it unplugged for a while resolved it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It might be a good idea to make a short video of&amp;nbsp;the sound/picture problem so that you have some evidence for Sky if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
