I had a similar issue a couple of years ago and although I can't remember how to do it I recall I had to&amp;nbsp;register my TV as a device on my Amazon account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe this is the problem. Try Googling it or looking on YouTube for an instructional video (assuming one exists)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
