Adding More Pucks With New Glass Order

Hi as the title says I'm wanting to add more pucks (two extra plus the one that comes with it) to my Glass Gen 2 order but there seems to be no way to do so, my package copies over fine but when I go to the 'basket' it shows one puck and it is not possible to add another.

Would prefer not to have to ring if possible to save a lot of time ordering and also my VIP status allows me to get the home set up for free on the app, though I'd imagine this would still be possible over the phone.

Have you added Whole Home to your order?

Yes mate everything was added for me as it's just copied over from my current Q contract (though we've 3 mini boxes not just one), can only guess this is why there is no way of adding more pucks as for some reason it takes that option away.

If this is a new order.

You can only add a limited amount of Pucks to start with.

Once you have activated your order delivered Sky Glass TVs and/or pucks that the 8nitialmorder allows, you will then be able to order further pucks for delivery via your MySky account.

But, you can only order four pucks at an order time.

In total, you can watch on three Sky Glass TVs while using up to six Sky Stream pucks at the same time.
