This is the 2nd time I'm ga ing this problem even with a new puck

I got home and have

Whole Home Required

And A sky symbol

Settings and help

I only have one puck but won't let me get onto home screen even doing 1 and 3 then 7 and 9

HELP

ANYONE

PLEASE 🙏

It won't do if your trying to pair your Sky Stream remote in that order. You have to press 7 & 9 first to reset and then 1 & 3 to initiate Bluetooth pairing @Jen147
