Programs added to playlist not available via original source

Can anyone clarify why the following occurs on Sky Stream.

I add a program on film 4 to my playlist to watch another day. When I come to view it the film is not associated with film 4 but can only be played via Disney+. Or film4 to Sky Store.

very frustrating.

Have I missed something in terms and conditions?

Any help to clarify would be appreciated before I try Sky.

Some channels only own the rights to broadcast (and not stream) some shows and films.

occasionally the playlist will favour some broadcasters over others but if you scroll down the search result screen it will show you if the film / show is available on another platform

is there anywhere on the system that tells you it's only available for scheduled viewing and or streaming?

Not to my knowledge....... occasionally films on 4 or itv or bbc are available for a month or so after transmission. It's worth scrolling down the screen when opening the film from the playlist to see if it's available anywhere else.

you can also search for the movie and then search results should display all the places it's available to stream from
