    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, Thanks for the response. I've tried this and when I click on 'Sky Shop' I get this error message. Any ideas why?       <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep trying to activate my paramount + but it keeps coming up oops there's an error we working on it but this is 3 days now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes,&amp;nbsp;I recently upgraded my account and got a Glass TV. I now can't get Paramount+ to register on the Glass. It keeps coming up with an error message and also on the laptop. Does anyone have any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi again&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3282514"&gt;@haggismcnab&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; There was a similar thread started in October last year and is still running which relates to the same error message (MYSKY_1018) but for subscribers trying to access Discovery +.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/mysky-1018-error-code-when-trying-to-set-up-discovery-app/td-p/4791339/page/6" target="_self"&gt;https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Stream/mysky-1018-error-code-when-trying-to-set-up-discovery-app/td-p/4791339/page/6&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a look to see if it offers any help but if not I think you will need to call Sky for additional troubleshooting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you call them, &lt;SPAN&gt;when you get to the automated chatbot just stay quiet and it will then put you through to the customer service team.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
