This caps network speed at 100Mbps but should give as stable a connection as possible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If you can't use Ethernet then try changing your WiFi channel as it may be getting interference. Sky Glass can be very sensitive to network speed and quality fluctuations, so even if it appears that you have a decent speed, if it's not consistent Glass will have issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Interestingly someone on the Stream board is reporting the same thing with their puck being sluggish but I haven't noticed this at all (yet). &amp;nbsp;The suggestion on that thread was also a reboot.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Confirmed same issue with a brand new Sky Glass Gen 2.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing a recent update bug for version: QS037.026.00P.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've got mine hooked up on a near perfect Unfi WiFi 900Mbps setup, so pretty sure with others now reporting the same issue we can rule out network issues at this stage.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Through testing I've found it works normally until you go to watch any of the TV channels, they load and work but when you back out it lags really bad on the main menu UI.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However if you reboot or load an app, Netflix for example it quits the TV channel and restores performance?...&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It loads up fine but when you are going up/down on the UI it's very slow, same with the playlist it's extremely slow going from tile to tile and even hurts the eyes as your getting some sort of background brightness when it moves if that makes sense with the tiles moving so slowly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've done the usual unplugging the set, we have glass generation 1.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
