    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3364201"&gt;@Dazzar51&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; I see ytou have had 3 escalations so I'm not sure why you have not been receiving them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I was having this issue with my Puck I try the recovery process so it might be an option with your Glass TV? &amp;nbsp;From memory I think you have to sign back into all your Apps again but it might solve your problem. &amp;nbsp;It's up to you but if you want to try this is the procedure:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;On your Sky remote, press 4 and 6 together for three seconds. This will reset your remote.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Switch off your TV at the mains plug socket. There's no need to unplug it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press and hold the Standby button on the right-hand side of the TV.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Keeping your finger on the button, switch the power back on at the mains and wait until you see the LED lights flash, then remove your finger.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Let the Sky Glass TV complete the recovery process. This can take up to 15 minutes, depending on your broadband speed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Switch the TV back on and follow the steps on screen to set up your TV&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Good luck &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":crossed_fingers:"&gt;🤞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I move from one tv to another I have to resign into the app ie. Watch channel 5 downstairs then go upstairs and have to go into internet and log in again then repeat if I want to watch TV in another room on a puc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
