&lt;P&gt;Assuming it's not physical damage from an impact, I'd suggest claiming a swap-out under warranty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Definitely start the swap process as already advised, but while waiting you can always try the following video via the YouTube app on the TV.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let it run in HD for a good 30 - 45 minutes and whatever you do, don't watch it while it is running!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I had an old Samsung with a similar sounding issue that this process fixed, but no guarantees...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
