My Sons Sony WH-CH520 headphones have stopped connecting via bluetooth to my Sky Glass TV

Hi everyone, I hope someone could help.

My sons Sony headphones have stoped connecting via bluetooth with my Sky Glass TV. I have tried various updates in case it is a technical problem.

I have the same pair of headphones myself and they connect fine. My sons headphones are able to connect to a Samsung TV in the house so there cannot be a fault with the headphones.

I hope someone can suggest something to help me.

Have you removed the pairing totally from glass and re paired them up ?

The pairing was working until recently. When my son found it was not pairing straight away he thought that by unpairing it and then trying again it would do it, but now it will not pair at all.
