Did you move from Sky Q or any other Sky product to Stream as if so all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the &lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-upgrade" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;THIS&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/A&gt; link)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can register or re-registered (as appropriate) by doing the following: &amp;nbsp;Use the voice command&amp;nbsp;"My Sky" and then select the following:&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions /&amp;nbsp;Current / and then Discovery + Monthly.       <title>Paramount+ &amp; Discovery not Activating......</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Have recently signed up to sky stream but having issues activating the free paramount and discovery subsriptions, i just get an error message stating something went wrong and to try again later then a ref code referring to mysky... i get this on both apps and also when trying to access it through my sky/ sky shop. I have tried hard resets, app refreshes and haveused the VA but nothing other than discussion boards advised. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I noticed a few other people have had the same issues, was wondering if there was a solution offered?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new sky customer using sky glass and have the same problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;apps that do not work are;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky Store&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paramount +&lt;BR /&gt;Discovery +&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have gone through these discussion boards and spoke with sky and it seems it's a known fault and has been for quite some time, according to sky there is no resolution YET! I didn't feel confident from the agent's reaction that there will be anytime soon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;now considering the Gen2 and Air have only been released recently, you have to ask why? Why release a product if you have known problems with the software without any resolution.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am very disappointed because there are a few programs I wish to watch on paramount&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for trying, but this always resulrts in a "Something went wrong. Please try again." message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a very frustrating situation, given one of the reasons I returned to Sky with the Stream package was to watch Discovery+...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Given the number of people affected by this issue, it is a surprise that Sky have not moved Heaven and Earth to resolve it. Not very good service at all.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
