    <description>&lt;P&gt;Glass tv provided by Sky last Sunday to replace previous one with fault is stuck in a loop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It welcomes me with the name of a previous user (I assume) and will not respond to the "this is not me" button when trying to set up.&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Factory reset does not resolve this. Calls to Sky have not been able to resolve and I've been waiting since Sunday for a resolution. Any suggestions?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
