Sky Glass TV just showing a black screen, there is sound and backlight when switched on.

Hello,

I am just looking for some advice/help. I have a Sky glass TV, and it currently is just showing a black screen. I can switch the TV on and off. when switched on there is a backlight and I can hear noises if I select things with the remote. I have spoken to the tech team who did a reset of TV but they have said there is nothing they can do as the reset didn't fix this. The only option is a replacement. I have read lots of similar posts but there never seems to be a follow through end point, I was just hoping someone could offer guidance. It seems awful that this massive TV that was working fine could suddenly be a write off and just be disposable now.

@madstar09 If you've spoken to Sky already and they've said it needs replacing then that's your best option. Are you still in your two year warranty or have Sky Protect? If either, a replacement would be free.
