Changing your router (ISP) may have changed your wifi distribution within your household and you may be getting some kind of local network interference, that you did not experience before.

Assume, you did do a network reset in your Glass TV settings and after doing so do a settings restart or a TV power reset.

Can you run the network speed test on your Sky Glass TV.
Launch Netflix on your Glass TV (you do not need to be logged into it, if you do not use netflix) and scroll down the left menu to Get help.
Choose Check Network.
Would suggest running the test a few times, say a few minutes between tests.
What is your speed?

Changed broadband provider recently. Since then, the sky channels constantly sat "there is a technical fault" but all the Sky apps work like Netflix, YouTube, Prime etc.

it makes no sense. I have turned off Sky Glass at the plug and the router, turned router back on and then sky glass. Problem seems resolved temporarily but then the same issue happens.

anyone else experiencing this at all?

@Gav45 are you connecting over wifi? Poor wifi reception where your Glass is located is the most likely reason. As a first step, I'd suggest changing the wireless channel your router is using if your router allows you to choose one yourself (most do).

Yes i thought as much, thanks for confirming.

Do you know of a fix for this - Sky have advised that there seems to be some kind of software failure surrounding some Sky Glass users at the moment as well....
