U app on Sky Glass

How do I add U app in Sky Glass as I do not get subtitles on the channel. Same on Channel 5 from my playlist

Any suggestions or ideas.

@dunedin You can't add apps on Sky Glass. The only apps available are the ones in the Apps rail.

If you are missing the U app, which should be there, try refreshing the apps in the Settings menu.

Hi @dunedin As per the post from @Anonymous but in addition be aware that for the Channel 5 app (not sure about U) you need to turn the subtitles on within the app and not just the Sky settings. You can find this option in the 5 app settings > Accessibility Settings .
