As I said, I don't want a replacement, as if the replacement fails in 12 months like this one has, i am out of warranty.

Where can I find the Sky Glass warranty?

I have been having constant problems for the last few months, and it has only been a year since I got it.

I want to exercise my rights under warranty and consumer rights, but I need to know what the warranty will want me to do.

I think at this stage I want to return it and get a refund, having it repaired leaves me without a TV anyway, so I will have to buy a new one, and even if it's fixed, it can just go wrong again and if it lasts the same amout of time the second time, it will be out of warranty.

Essentially, the onus shifts to the consumer to prove that the fault with the product was present when they received it, whereas before that 6-month window, there is a bigger legal claim to a repair, replacement, or refund.
