      <description>&lt;P&gt;So I've got full list of programs, but every channel I try it says "trying to load program", then after roughly 2 minutes, says "sorry there's a technical problem "&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As well as the suggestion from&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4112835"&gt;@Mister_Dalek&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try powering off the tv for a few minutes by pulling the plug&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Often times this clears weird glitches&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
