Channel change- not loading

Hi , every time I change channel the channels won't load, I'm getting the static home screen but nothing instant. It's as if everything is delayed or not loading. I have turned off at wall, reset broadband, changed batteries in remote, gone into settings and reset apps. At a loss can anyone help TIA

@can you try connecting with an ethernet cable and disabling the wifi in the settings

if the issue still persists after that I can escalate your post to the online support team
