Channel 4 app poor pic quality

Hi, is anyone else experiencing poor picture quality on the channel 4 app? When an on demand show is selected, the adverts begin and picture quality is so blurry, if will play for about 10 seconds of every new advert and then goes to HD. I have tried both wired and wireless and I have a 900mb broadband connection and the issue happens no matter which connection is used. I have the channel 4 app on my smart tv and also on an amazon firestick and both apps work perfectly fine, So this issue is specific to SkyStream. I have also reset the app data but the issue still persists? Any ideas what could be causing this??

Hi Angela, those settings changes didn't make any difference. I'll delete the app next and see if that fixes the problem.

Please ignore the advice given by "Angela." That was a bot and the message contained false information & has been removed, You cannot delete apps from Sky Glass.
