I've read a few articles and previous posts online but reading a few conflicting things or not understanding it properly!

I'm going to cancel my sky tv subscription and will also be cancelling the Dolby Atmos and UHD add on and purely using the tv as in effect a monitor to plug Apple TV 4K into

What I'm unsure of is if the TV UHD and Dolby Atmos will somehow be dumbed down in effect as been as I won't be a sky customer anymore or those elements of the glass TV will still work for Apple TV box that I will plugging in?

A Glass TV will still accept a 4K video signal and Dolby Atmos soundtrack from an external device such as an Apple TV 4K box connected via HDMI - the UHD/Atmos pack only applies to a Sky streaming TV subscription content.

You will still get Dolby Vision and HDR10 from other devices connected via HDMI too.
