Sometimes that simple act will sort issues out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If still there, you will need to ring Sky and get their input. I hope you're still within the two year warranty period in case it's a terminal issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
