It might be something like a firmware issue or a hardware issue, but only Sky would be able to give you an accurate assessment.&nbsp;</P>

Hello all. I am having a constant problem with my Sky Glass Gen2. Despite constantly setting it to Extra Vivid mode, and turning off the movement sensor function, the damn thing still turns on every time I pass it, and although it states it is in Extra Vivid mode, it actually isn't, and I have to switch it to Vivid, then back to Extra Vivid, for it to work. Any ideas of whether this one month old TV is already toasty, or there is a simple fix? Many thanks.
