      <description>I have tried the unplug and still not able to access the Normal TV channels. Also reset the modem. Anyone else manage to get back on the normal channels?</description>

WiFi or Ethernet?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With Glass (and Stream) it's better to use Ethernet as it's more reliable and stable than WiFi. If using Ethernet make sure WiFi is turned off in Settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's also worth ensuring Network Standby Mode is set to On.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
