I have Sky Stream and UHD TV plus the Ultra + Atmos package...

Some UHD programs from Sky appear on the TV screen OK (Gangs of London) and some have large black araes at the bottom and top (The day of the Jackel).... has anyone else experienced this and if so what is the solution as it seems like a Sky issue...
