    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi ,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am facing the black screen issue when I try to open YouTube through my Sky Glass. A power off and unplug at the wall helps temporarily but then within 24hours the issue reverts back. I have done the app refresh and system reboot to factory settings but none of that helps . Please advise if you have any other solutions?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution. It may take 24 hours for the app refresh to complete in the background.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
