Tried a reboot? Turn Glass off at the wall for a minute then power back on and see if that cures it.

and if what @Jones_The_Cat suggested doesn't help you can also try an app refresh.

Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution. It may take 24 hours for the app refresh to complete in the background.

Pull the plug from the wall for at least 5 minutes ......

Hi ,

I am facing the black screen issue when I try to open YouTube through my Sky Glass. A power off and unplug at the wall helps temporarily but then within 24hours the issue reverts back. I have done the app refresh and system reboot to factory settings but none of that helps . Please advise if you have any other solutions?
