Hi all,any other program on para+ loads or plays but zoey 101 won't load, although the children have watched it before a I myself have played it afew weeks ago,I can watch other children's shows ect but not this one,called sky tech(weren't helpful really)they said I need to contact paramount.

@Dean144 Well then, it sounds like you need to contact Paramount+. It is their app so they are responsible for any technical issues, not Sky.

I have done this and they're let me know, but still don't understand why I can watch other shows but not the one mentioned in earlier posts.

I've just tried season 1 episode one and all I get is a spinning circle

it's defo a paramount issue .........

Glass 1,I can watch on phone but not Glass, all episodes of zoey 101,although they played before, try it let me know, you need to have an account, I've got movies with free paramount.

If it's only happening on glass it maybe worth an email to viewerR@sky.uk

they are the team that deal with programming issues. They are normally quick in responding even if they can't help

It's the same as mine, like I've said, watched sonic 3 today zoey 102 yesterday, no problem, I'll see what happens, thanks.
