    <description>&lt;P&gt;I cancelled my Paramount plus account last year when I cancelled Sky cinema. I have purchased Sky cinema again recently but Paramount plus does not recognise my subscription… I also get an error message mysky_1018 … I also have an issue entering Sky shop and get an error mysky_2018. Does anyone have the same issue?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

This will need reporting to Sky as a back office team will need to resolve.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However you should be able to activate your subscription via my Sky app. Go TV &amp;gt; Manage content packs &amp;gt; app subscriptions &amp;gt; paramount plus.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to resubscribe in marketplace rather than just sign in.
