Hi @gooner6276

It's not the signal that is the issue necessarily, it's the quality of your connection. Sky glass required 25Mbps for HD and 30Mbps for UHD. You can check the speed you are getting by opening netflix > left hand menu > get help > connection check.

It is likely that your suffering contention on your broadband between those peak times, this will be noticeable more so if your speeds are only just above the threshold required.

You may have more luck using homeplugs or an ethernet cable and turning WiFi off in the settings.

MikeAlanR

Everyday without fail around the same time 6pm-8pm the program freezes and then goes blank and a message pops up "SKY waiting for your program to load" this lasts about 30 seconds to a minute. I have switched off, unplugged, reset the broadband etc. broadband signal is excellent according to the TV. Just annoying now.

Hi

it isn't the wi-fi /broadband connection. I have full fibre 300 and regularly have around 300mb/s connection/signal at tv is always excellent. So some other issue is responsible.

Hi@markgoldsmith I have checked everything again and prioritised the Sky glass over the time period that it usually goes off. Which lately has been at almost the same time every day. 🤷‍♂️ So I'll see how that works. The TV is across the room so a cable is out of the question at the moment.

My first week having Glass was a nightmare on WiFi, so got an ethernet cable and it's been fine ever since, bar the odd firmware issue.
