If WiFi try Ethernet because it gives a far more stable connection. If using Ethernet make sure WiFi is turned off in the Settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, what speed is your internet providing? Glass needs 25 Mps for HD and 30 Mps for UHD. Below that and you're going to have these issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Continually Having to Reset my Sky Glass</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the last few Months I have had to reset my Sky Glass TV due program loading issues. This especially an issue when I have watched streamed content on other Apps, such as Netflix, Paramount and Discovery. To be honest this is only another issue in a line of problems I have had since installing Sky Glass three years ago. We pay good money to Sky for these services, so when will these issues be resolved and be able to use a stable and reliable service?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Plus after using an app, make sure you close it correctly rather than selecting the home page, (ie keep using the back button until the app either closes or asks you if you want to leave). This is because the app continues in the background, which causes issues with live streams.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
