My remote control isn't working. I have tried all of the steps you have told me to do.

the voice bottom works but I can't press select up or down.

You are not talking to sky. We are fellow customers like yourself on the community.

Or they are available to order on Amazon if not under warranty.

Have you tried the following

The remote can be reset and paired again following these steps;

Press and hold 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds.
Press and hold 4 and 6 together for three seconds.
Press and hold 1 and 3 together for three seconds and follow the on-screen instructions.
