Home screen delay

Noticed tonight my Gen2 seems delayed, when watching any channel and then hitting the home button, you still see the picture for a couple of seconds which appears black before it goes back to the blue screen with the menus.

have unplugged tv a couple of times and reset internet but it's still doing it

any ideas, never spotted this before

I've noticed a lag the past few nights in generally moving around the home screen

if it carries on for a few more days I'll raise it as an issue
