Sky Glass will not load on start up

For about 4 weeks now the sky glass tv won't turn on. The red light at the front it's just flashing. I've tried switching off at the wall for 10 mins , even a couple of day and no change, I've tried using different remotes and the power button on side of the tv still nothing but flashing.
our sky internet is fine on everything so don't know what's going on.

If none of them help you will need to ring Sky for their advice. If it's terminal then so long as you are in your two year warranty it would be replaced free of charge. Outside that, unless you have Sky Protect cover, any repair/replacement would be at your cost.

@Aotc82 Then you need to ring Sky. 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone or use the Contact Us option in the forum footer.
