The TV screen seems to be going off and showing black screen several

timea a day. Whilst it's only distrusted for about 10 seconds and then it comes back on, WHY is this happening?

If by WiFi, try using ethernet as it gives a more stable connection and if you connect by ethernet make sure you turn WiFi off in the settings.

This is also happening to me 900mb full fibre, connected by Ethernet. Yet another sky puck problem. @@Sky let me out of my contract so I can go back to Virgin. Worth the extra for no lip sync issues, no pictures drop out. Or even just fix the issues!!

@OGBO You can have any ISP to run Glass/Stream. I'm with Vodafone and have no issues with my internet with them (unlike Sky with whom I had real speed issues, which did mean I could terminate the contract early without penalty).

If you can't run ethernet to Glass, one option is to buy a pair of Powerline adapters and two ethernet cables. Plug one adapter in by your router and then run an ethernet cable from the router to adapter. Plug the other in near your Glass and run the other ethernet cable from adapter to Glass. Turn WiFi off in settings.

It really does make a difference to the stability of your connection. When I first got Glass in Dec 2021 I had issues with connection for the first week on WiFi, I went to ethernet and have barely had a connection issue since.

You basically own your Glass, so if you cancelled your TV viewing, you would still have to pay any outstanding loan amount each month until it's paid off. The way you use the Glass would change, as outlined here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-without-a-subscription
