You'll get a response then. At that point you can choose to accept what they say or ask them to escalate internally. Then if you don't agree with their response you can request a deadlock email so you can then go to CISAS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sadly, it appears to be the only way to get Sky to do anything as promised.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have music playing on a blank screen when first turning on TV, nothing worked to sort so sky told me to do a factory reset, now the TV goes to a blank screen with sound followed normal procedure and reported to sky they asked me to check WiFi provider which I did, it has gone to a specialist team to find out what's wrong but it's been 3 months I used to phone up twice a week but was told not to phone they would phone me. Still never heard anything.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
