Sky glass apps

I have sky glass and have two 5 year old children and I'm fed up with them watching YouTube constantly and what they watch isn't offensive or rude or too old for them it's just so annoying lol how can I stop them from watching it, I know the app can't be removed. Is there a pin I can set or something ?

Hi @ChristinejTaylor You can restrict them from YouTube by going to Settings > PIN & Parental > PIN for Apps and then selecting any app (including YouTube) that you want to restrict by having to access a PIN.

You can also if I remember rightly there is or was a children's YouTube app on the sky glass aswell

They discontinued the standalone YouTube kids app much to my dismay .......

it's now amalgamated into the main YouTube app based on added profiles
