There is no timescale as to when it will be fixed but a workaround that may work is by logging out of Prime Video, then using the Restart option in the Settings to restart the TV. It seems to be Prime that is the cause of the issue and by signing out after using Prime it seems to stop this issue.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
