Have you had a delivery date confirmation email from AIT? Unless you paid for premium delivery it can be 3-28 days for delivery. Premium delivery allows you to book a specific day and delivery window.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Either way, we are customers like you on the forum so if you have an issue you need to ring Sky. As I type this, it is only 1.47pm so if you were expecting delivery today there's still time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
