      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, &amp;nbsp;does anyone know how I can get Sky to reinstate my Sky VIP level as when we have moved onto Sky Stream I have been made a new customer and rather than being a Diamond customer I am a Silver customer. Thanks in advance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It doesn't happen if you have Sky Broadband apparently.&amp;nbsp; If you give Sky a call, they'll be able to reinstate them for you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
