Circle of doom on paramount plus app.

service checker says all ok but unable to check streaming in sky glass

any ideas please

Service checker is for Sky services and doesn't really represent 3rd party apps. Have you tried pulling the plug for a few minutes in the first instance?

I also am suffering issues with the Paramount plus channel it does load then keeps freezing and after a couple of minutes I get a blank screen. I've tried resetting everything without joy. Note I have no other issues with any other apps or channels on my sky Q box. Any ideas on what I can do as the tests on the my sky app come back as no issues with my broadband or skybox or signal. Really frustrating

Hi,

tried that a few times, it eventually reset.

i didn't have any if these issues prior to getting sky glass

I have tried all the resets and updates twice.

this seems to be a reoccurring problem .

we can sign in on all other apps and can sign into paramount plus on all other devices.

Not sure what else we can do
