      <title>3 glass gen 2. All broken</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Honestly.&amp;nbsp; Lost the will now. Had 3 sky glass gen 2 over a 2 week period. All broken.&amp;nbsp; Black screens, purple screens and the final one won't even turn on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Reversed back to my old tv and puck.&amp;nbsp; Never had a issue with Gen1 Glass so thankfully we kept that on the wall. The Gen2 was for upstairs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never want another one.&amp;nbsp; Some serious flaws in this glass tv&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone else had these issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Now it's stuck of Software Update. I've done 4 o 5 hard resets. I've used an Eternet cable. Each time it hands at the Software Update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My old Sky Glass is working perfectly. It did a software update over the wifi in seconds. This Gen 2 is a disaster. I wish I had never bought it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now try to organise a return&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Im fairly certain backlights can burn, maybe not the burn in that happens with images on oled panels, creating pixel by pixel differences, this is on the grid of backlights. Sorry if i used the wrong terminology. The lenses the lights shine through along with the diffusing film over the top can get burnt.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I will stay away from sky for sure, the economics dont come into it, especially when they sell refurbished models. They could repair if they wanted to they just wont. These tvs are cheaper lcds with cheaper backlight. Seems like theyre all ticking time bombs judging by all of the reviews.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
