Program keeps restarting

On sky puckI was 2 mins late for start of the F1 gp today so I pressed the play from start button to fast forward to the race start. After about 5 mins into the program it restarted the program itself. On the next attempt it got a little further before restarting again. 6 times later I tried to use my 2nd sky puck. Same issue. I ended up missing the first 12 laps. How do I get a refund. F1 is all I watch on sky sports.

Do you have ad skipping pack? the best advice is add it to your playlist so it cloud records and then watch it back via the playlist.
