If you still get disconnected after doing that then it's probably the firmware issue I linked to.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do connect via ethernet make sure to turn WiFi off in the Glass settings menu.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Sky glass keeps disconnecting from the internet. Has been happening since we got it but is getting worse now. If I am watching something on an app like Disney plus or Netflix I will need to reconnect every couple of episodes. It was just Netflix, the started with Prime and now Disney plus.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it's not the internet as my PS5 stays connected for hours with no issue. My husband has the puck in the man cave and never has an issue with connection so it's definitely the TV that is the issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
