Sky stream problems

Every night since we joined sky stream which is 1 month we get a noise like a light bulb pop the screen goes black and we have to switch off at the mains and restart. Takes about 5 minutes.
when restarted it picks up at the live point so if watching sport you miss the time it was off.

The picture also freezes from time to time.

we have used checker and have good service
