    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm having exactly the same problem, the tv just says 'waiting for program to load' but nothing happens and i have to reboot everytime and then the picture goes black after a few minutes but the sound still plays. It's been happening for a few weeks now and i suspect a dodgy software update. Your not alone. I hope you get it sorted and I'm about to message sky now and report it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So this last week When i turn the Sky Glass on, on a morning it comes up with the usual page, i go to put a channel on and it says Channel loading then says technical fault after a few mins.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet is all working and hasnt changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i take the plug out and plug it back it it seems to then work but has gone blank screen with sound a few times.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has there been a recent update which is making it do this?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue on my Gen Two a couple of days ago.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to Sky Technical who talked me through a hard reset of the device. Touch wood, the issue hasn't reoccurred since doing that, so you may need to do that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did find it quite frustrating to speak to them because they were insistent it was an internet error at first until they understood that it couldn't be because if it was I'd lose the picture and sound, not just the picture.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It happened a handful of times using various apps on the TV.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same happened to me earlier this week and is happening again now. Can't turn on any channels. No internet issues. Sky Go works fine on my computer. This seems to have started after they "fixed" the sound sync issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, have you tried&amp;nbsp; unplugging&amp;nbsp; the tv from the mains for a while&amp;nbsp; and&amp;nbsp; see if that works, don't&amp;nbsp; do a factory reset without&amp;nbsp; talking&amp;nbsp; to sky as this will cause more problems&amp;nbsp; for you,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had an issue a couple of days ago with the screen going black but could still hear the programme playing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I spoke to Sky Technical who talked me through a hard reset, which touch wood, has sorted the issue. You may need to do the same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same issue, it's happened every morning this week.&amp;nbsp; When I turn the TV on it just says 'waiting for programme to load ,then just stays blank.&amp;nbsp; I unplug the TV, wait, plug it back in then a channel will come up.&amp;nbsp; Sometinmes after a few minutes I have to do the same process again.&amp;nbsp; I thought I would try to kick the TV into life by going to Netflix, I can sign into Netflix and select a programme but I'm told my device is not working and I need to power off the TV.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My interenet is fine, I have reset the network on the TV and rejoined but still get the same problem.&amp;nbsp; Has there been a recent update that has amended settings?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had Sky Glass for a number of years now and become less enamoured almost every day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I've worked out how to reset without having to unplug which is a lifesaver but it should come to that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't get on apps either just the circle of doom until it's reset.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It's an easy process but you need to be on the phone with them in case of problems.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did the reset via call with Sky after they looked at error messages etc. has been ok last few times i've switched tv on and gone through channels, will try again tonight&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;annoying i lost my settings for picture, preferences etc&lt;/P&gt;</description>
