Sky Glass using Plus Net Full Fibre

Saved up 2 years For Sky Glass TV. Got advice re:Sky Glass TV working with Plus Net Full Fibre and Accomodation using Personal Alarm system - everyone said a big YES. Had money for Tv a month ago. No matter how hard and how many attempts to work, would not go any further than I came to which Broadband I had. Plus all the info how to buy Sky FF. ( which does not work with Accomodation with Personal Alarms. Phoned Sky 3 times who then promised to find out answer to problem - is now ovwe a month and nothing.

Has anyone else had this problem - I am 78, looking forward to Sky Glass but losing the will to live.

Best to keep issues separate, to avoid confusion.

Glass should work with any domestic terrestrial broadband. Are you in your own property with an individual Plusnet router, or on some kind of managed network provided within a bigger building or development?

The other issue is simpler: ISPs will not currently accept orders for new FTTP at addresses with care alarms connected to a copper phone line.

That's a decision based on their interpretation of advice from Ofcom.
